Hooks coasted to an easy victory over Devil Rays 17-2 on Sunday
Hooks put up seven runs in the third inning. Steven Mock, Rodney McDaniel, Nick Zamora, and Coleman Gamble each had RBIs in the frame.
Craig Molldrem pitched Hooks to victory. Molldrem lasted five innings, allowing three hits and two runs while striking out nine.
G Juarez took the loss for Devil Rays. Juarez surrendered three runs on one hit over two innings, striking out one.
Hooks saw the ball well today, racking up 11 hits in the game. McDaniel and Gamble all managed multiple hits for Hooks. Gamble and McDaniel each managed two hits to lead Hooks.
